An order confirmation will be sent after placing the order. If you want to modify or can cancel the order, please contact us immediately.

The right to cancel or modify orders does not apply to customized or personalized items or cut fabrics.

Prices & shipping costs

VAT is included in all prices for shipments within the European Union.

For shipments outside of the European Union (except for the United States), import duties and other customs charges are not included in the price, unless indicated otherwise during the ordering procedure.

For shipments to the United States, import duties and all other customs charges are included in the price.

The exact shipping costs depend on the destination and the selected delivery method. They will be confirmed when placing the order.



Credit Card

Libeco Home accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Your credit card details will not be stored in our database. In order to process your payment as safely as possible, Libeco Home collaborates with Ingenico Payment, a company that meets the highest safety standards.


You only need your email address and PayPal password. Please visit the PayPal website for more information. Payment by PayPal is always free of charge.

Bank transfer

If you have an IBAN bank account, you can pay by bank transfer.

Bancontact/Mister Cash

You can pay quickly, easily, online and safely through your own bank. Payment by Bancontact/Mister Cash is free of charge.



Libeco Home delivers worldwide from Monday to Friday. In Belgium, delivery is also possible on Saturday.

The delivery period and exact shipping costs depend on the destination and the chosen delivery method. These will be communicated when placing the order.

Once the package has been sent, you can trace it via your account or by using the package code on the website of the selected courier. This code is included in the shipping confirmation .

Your order will be closely tracked. You will be informed immediately should any problems occur.

Exchanges & returns

Exchanges & returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, you may return them at your own cost within 14 days of receipt. The items must be complete, unused and returned in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, you will lose your right to return.

The right to cancel orders or return products does not apply to customized or personalized items or cut fabrics.

Please contact us beforehand at if you wish to return a product. You will need to specify the order number, the items/quantities that you wish to return and a statement or complaint. We will then forward you the return address.

We will send you an email when the package has arrived at Libeco Home. The contents of the package and the quality will be checked.

If your complaint is accepted we will replace the product or refund.



Every consumer has a legal warranty of 2 years, as specified in Article VI.2. of Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. The legal warranty period starts on the delivery date.
