On the products

Can I order fabrics by the yard? 

No. We currently do not offer fabrics by the yard. If you are interested in fabrics by the yard, please contact the main Libeco department via email or by phone.

What is the difference between a regular and Organic Collection?

The organic collection is the fruit of a special collaboration between Libeco and its partners. Flax is a rich and ecological resource without waste, which means that linen itself is inherently sustainable. But we wanted to raise the bar. By working together with farmers, scutchers, spinners and finishers we kept track of each step of the production chain. Together we made sure that the fiber was grown organically, the linen fabric treated ecologically and the products were manufactured with respect for the workforce.

Is your Belgian Linen fabric pre-washed or will it shrink a bit when washed or tumble dried?

Most of our fabrics are prewashed, only small shrinkage might occur.

How does Libeco Home deliver? 

Once the package has been sent, you can trace it via your account or by using the package code on the website of the selected courier. This code is included in the shipping confirmation. 

Your order will be closely tracked. You will be informed immediately should any problems occur.

When are the goods dispatched?

We send our goods from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Belgian national holidays. If the ordered goods are in stock, order processing takes about a day before goods are dispatched.

How do I know when my order will be shipped?

The delivery period and exact shipping costs depend on the destination and the chosen delivery method. These will be communicated when placing the order.

Can I trace my order's delivery trajectory?

Yes. Once the package has been sent, you can trace it via your account or by using the package code on the website of the selected courier. This code is included in the shipping confirmation.

Your order will be closely tracked. While we strive to keep you informed should any delivery complications arise, we also highly recommend that you track your order as well.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipment to Europe (except Monaco, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia)

For most countries in the EU shipments above €100 are free. For orders under €100, please have a look in the table below where the shipment fee per country are displayed.  This additional cost will be added to your bill. Taxes and duties are included in the price, except for Norway and Switzerland.

For a shipment elsewhere, a shipping fee will always be applied. If you cannot find your country in the table below, please send us a request and we will make a quote for you. Local taxes and duties are not included and should be checked beforehand to have a correct estimate.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped the same day or the day after placing of the order, on the condition that the item you ordered is currently in stock. If this is not the case, our customer service will contact you after you placed the order. You can find the estimates of delivery time sorted by region below. Please do note that these are business days. The estimate does not take into account Belgian national holidays or holiday periods. The delivery times below are estimates for the standard parcel delivery service of our transportation partner.

Exchanges & returns

Can I exchange or return my products?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, you may return them to Belgium within 30 days of receipt. The shipment costs for the return are at the customer's expense. 

The items must be complete, unused and returned in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, you will lose your right to return. We will replace the product or issue a refund to the original payment method when the terms of the return are met.

The right to cancel orders or return products does not apply to customized or personalized items or cut fabrics.

How do I exchange or return my products?

Please contact us beforehand by email if you wish to return a product. You will need to specify the order number, the items/quantities that you wish to return and a statement or complaint. Our customer service will then give you further instructions for the return. 

We will send you an email when the package has arrived at Libeco Home. The contents of the package and the quality will be checked.
